the new workmans comp law is to stop all these crooked companies and insurance companies from fireing their employees because they were injured or suffered disabling injuries .

the law that is going to be voted on is :if a company( employer) fires a worker (employee)while he is on workman comp or after he or she comes off it the company will automatically loose the retalitory discharge case and workmans comp case and punitive damages and pain and suffering also the company will automatically loose these cases also the employee will always a case until it goes to court because the employee has no statue of limitations on these cases either . this law will go alway back from 1- 1 -1990 to the future and so on . there is no statue of limitation law on sueing dr.s ,lawyers , and insurance companies so please vote yes or no on passing this law . thanks and have a good day

I WAS DONE THIS WAY BY WASTE MANAGEMENT OF OPELIKA, ALABAMA AND ALSO BY THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY DEBBIE MALINAK AND SHARRON ALEXANDER OF CNA INSURANCE COMPANY OF ATLANTA , GA .MY SUPERVISOR DANNY FUTRAL FIRED ME ON WORKMANS COMP KNOWING I HAD DISABLING INJURIES FROM THEIR NEGLECTING TO FIX THE COMPANY TRUCKS .ALSO MY EX LAWYER WILSON MYERS WAS IN BIRMINGHAM UNTIL HE FAILED TO SEND AFFIDAVITS TO THE COURT IN ALEXANDER CITY,AL AFTER HE TALKED TO INSUANCE COMPANY I TRACKED HIS OFFICE DOWN IN BAY MANETT NEAR MOBILE, ALABAMA AFTER HE SUDDENLY MOVED HIS OFFICE AFTER COURT . SHARRON ALEXANDER AND DEBBIE MALINAK OF CNA INSUANCE COMPANY ATEMPTED TO PAY MY DR.S OFF DR . BANKSTON OF ALEXANDER CITY UNTIL I COUGHT HIM IN A LIE BUT HE CHANGE HIS STORY AFTER I GOT 2 MORE OPINIONS ON MY ON THEN HE SAID PAIN UNKNOWN AND SAID SAME AS THEM BEFORE HE WAS GOING TO SEND ME BACK FULL DUTY INJURED BECAUSE OF SHARRON ALEXANDER AND DEBBIE MALINAK OF CNA INSURANCE COMPANY DR WHATWOOD OF RUSSELL HOSPITOL IN ALEXANDER CITY DONE 2 STOMACH SURGURIES ON ME UNTIL I FOUND OUT HE HAD STAFF INFECTION IN HIS BLOOD STREAM FROM THE MILITARY SERVICE HE REFUSED TO HAVE HIS HANDS TESTED I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT BUT RUSSELL HOSPITOL SAY'S HE DOES SURGURY FOR THEM BUT HE DON'T WORK FOR THEM IF HE DID'NT HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE HE WOULD WILLINGLY HAVE BLOOD TEST DONE .DEBBIE MALINAK OF CNA INSRANCE COMPANY AND MARTIN BLOOM OF BIRMINGHAM WASTEMANAGEMENT'S LAWYER AND WASTE MANAGEMENT'S DANNY FUTRAL THEY ALL THREE TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT HAVE A LAWYER TO GET MY WORKMAN COMP SETTLEMENT AND IF I SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT TO A LAWYER OR TO THE COURT THEY WOULD MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE AS HELL.
